I think that while fighting Xana, Jeremie worries a lot to himself over his friends' safety, and especially Aelita's. I don't think he takes their safety on Lyoko lightly at all. He has to make sure that everyone is safe and that everything works properly before his friends dive in. And that's a lot of unusual stress on a young boy. He's already seen that his friends' loyalty to him can turn at the drop of a hat if he slips up. Personally I don't think his friends even realize half the time how much pressure he's under. Losing Aelita twice already probably has Jeremie scared to death of losing her permanently.
This is a private moment where Jeremie reflexes over his friends and how precious they are to him. He wouldn't want to lose any of them. He thinks of this as the gang, in a carefree mood, walks up to greet Jeremie. Looks like it might be first thing in the morning and breakfast time.
